We haven’t heard much coming from Clive Barker’s DREAD since April when a few gory images surfaced and gave us a tease (check ’em out HERE). Now that DREAD is scheduled to debut at this year’s Film4 FrightFest, new pics have surfaced and all is well with the world.
Not only do we have the image below, but the film’s poster also appears to have come out of nowhere… at least I haven’t seen it before. Nice! I dig the simplicity of the white, but I’m not sure what the camera has to do with anything. Oh wait, the synopsis…

And now the camera makes perfect sense. Thanks synopsis! Ah yes, the “Meat Room.” With a name like that, you know it’s gonna rock. I actually vaguely remember this short from the Books of Blood anthology, but like I said… only vaguely… which means it definitely warrants another read.
