FAST 8 is halfway through principal photography.
I guess that's some sort of milestone, so, in order to celebrate, the production has released a behind-the-scenes look at what they've managed to shoot so far and… SURPRISE!!! It features a lot of automobiles exploding.

For those sick of digital effects though, there doesn't seem to be a lot of that to be found in FAST 8. There are a ton of practical explosions for you pyromaniacs to enjoy, and I have no doubt that F. Gary Gray's sequel is going to bring it in terms of action and excitement, much like the rest of this second-half of the franchise has done successfully.
FAST 8 rushes into theaters on April 14, 2017.
