Just a few days after the announcement of the commencement of principle photography on Warner Bros’ GODZILLA (and a subsequent set video from director Gareth Edwards), we’re already seeing the wrath of the big guy in British Columbia. In the below video you’ll see some devastation wrought by Godzilla (we can assume), including a burnt-out copter and a bashed-up train. Looks like they’re wasting no time getting to the good stuff.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn and Bryan Cranston star in the Legendary Pictures production, which was penned by Max Borenstein, Frank Darabont and Dave Callaham. Legendary’s Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni are producing with Mary Parent and Brian Rogers. Alex Garcia and Patricia Whitcher are serving as executive producers alongside Yoshimitsu Banno and Kenji Okuhira.

GODZILLA opens on May 16, 2014, which can’t get here fast enough.
