New Gone Girl clip: Ben Affleck confronts Neil Patrick Harris

Neil Patrick Harris, shady creep? You may never have thought it possible to make the former Doogie Howser, M.D. an unnerving screen presence (well, outside of Starship Troopers), but he’s certainly giving off ominous vibes in this new clip from David Fincher’s GONE GIRL. Check it out below, and definitely check out the film when it opens later this week.

On the occasion of his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) reports that his beautiful wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), has gone missing. Under pressure from the police and a growing media frenzy, Nick’s portrait of a blissful union begins to crumble. Soon his lies, deceits and strange behaviour has everyone asking the same dark question: Did Nick Dunne kill his wife?
