Seth MacFarlane’s fuzzy, foul-mouthed teddy bear movie TED, starring Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis, and MacFarlane as the titular charcter, is headed your way this month (courtesy of G.I. JOE: RETALIATION giving up its spot) and today we have a NSFW featurette that explores the relationship between the various characters with plenty of drug use, profanity, and sexual innuendo to boot.

Take a look:

I’m on the fence with TED.  I definitely think it looks funny, but I’m just not quite sure if it’s going to be able to pull the whole thing off.  The talking teddy bear gimmick could either be hilariously briliant or get obnoxiously annoying.  We’ll all probably know within the first fifteen minutes.  Also, while there’s a lot of love for Family Guy, there’s also a lot of vitriol for it.  Could be a tough sell for the non-fans.

Here’s the synopsis:

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane brings his boundary-pushing brand of humor to the big screen for the first time as writer, director and voice star of TED. In the liveaction/CG-animated comedy, he tells the story of John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg), a grown man who must deal with the cherished teddy bear who came to life as the result of a childhood wish…and has refused to leave his side ever since.

TED jumps into your loving arms and lights up a blunt on June 29, 2012.
