New quad and harsh red band clip from Breck Eisner’s The Crazies

Just when we thought the folks at Overture Films were getting a bit too creative with their final marketing campaign for Breck Eisner’s THE CRAZIES – having seen indulgent comic book tie-ins, motion trailers and whatnot…the team has just took a buzz saw to our perception with a new quad and harsh red band clip from the flick (as always, enjoy the footie below!)

And in case you, for whatever reason feared Eisner’s reenactment of George A. Romero’s classic 1973 title would be a practically bloodless endeavor, rest assured it will not be. As you can see in the new clip, this sucker looks to let more blood than a damn menstrual cycle.

Watch as Timothy Olyphant squares off with a rabid Crazy in the hospital, the only weapon between them a f*cked up circular saw. See which of the two is nanoseconds from castration!

Set for release in a mere 10 days (Feb. 26th), THE CRAZIES stars Timothy Olyphant as the sheriff of the quaint, idyllic town of Ogden Marsh, Iowa – who must band together with his wife and another couple as a deadly toxin in the water supply starts turning everyone into flesh starved psychotics.

Joe Anderson, Danielle Panabaker (below), Christie Lynn Smith, Joe Reegan, Brett Rickaby, John Aylward and Preston Bailey also play vital roles.

Before or after you check ou the bloodwork below, be sure to scope a grip of new stills from the flick RIGHT HERE.
