Sorry to remind you about the FRIDAY THE 13TH reboot; I didn't mean to, but if I don’t report these things thumbs get broken and lives are ruined. Originally slated for a March 13, 2015 release, the untitled return of the franchise that just won't die will now take a stab at November 13, 2015.

Since we first told you about the upcoming reboot that V/H/S director David Bruckner is set to take on, there hasn’t been more news other than producer Brad Fuller not being sure if Jason will return or not. There has also been a new TV series put on the table that will explore Jason's family history.

Are you excited about another visit to camp Crystal Lake?

With that change, Paramount has placed the Christopher Landon-directed horror comedy SCOUTS VS. ZOMBIES for March 13, 2015. The movie is set to star Tye Sheridan, Logan Miller, Joey Morgan, Sarah Dumont, David Koechner, Cloris Leachman, Halston Sage and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Just a reminder of what this entails:

The story centers on three high school Boy Scouts who must use their skills to battle vicious zombies after their small town faces a zombie outbreak. Sheridan will play the budding honors student who is handsome and athletic but doesn't know it yet, still lacking the confidence needed to talk to girls he likes.

And finally, it’s a one week shift for SEX TAPE starring Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel. The film will now be released on July 18, 2014 putting it opposite JUPITER ASCENDING and THE PURGE: ANARCHY. The studio said that with it being "one of the best weekends of the year, the date allows the studio to enjoy an additional week of summer playtime."

I don't know how the suits like to party; but if it involves Diaz, can I come? I’ll just sit in the corner.
