20th Century Fox has just released a new teaser, entitled "Escape", for the upcoming Marvel horror film THE NEW MUTANTS (which you can watch at the top of the article). While there isn't a ton of new footage, it at least reminds us that this thing exists and is intended to come out at some point.
Anyway, here's the official synopsis:
Five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a secret facility against their will, fight to escape their past sins and save themselves.
So I'm still looking forward to the film, but at this point I'm kind of sick of teasers and trailer and just want to see the damn thing already!
Meanwhile, THE NEW MUTANTS – starring Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Antonio Banderas – is somehow scheduled to come out in theaters August 28th…but we'll let you know if (when) it gets delayed.
