No Kate in 3?

With the success of both and , it’s pretty much a no brainer that there’s gonna be a part 3. And according to

Kate Beckinsale, the super hot hero and franchise spokesperson, is not, I repeat, NOT going to be in it. Yes, you heard right- she even spoke to MTV about it (so you know it’s gotta be true)“I think it’s a prequel before I’m actually in it, so I think that won’t include me if it happens.” Ok, so she did say ‘if’, but the studios would be crazy not to have a third one. They’d also be crazy to do a third one without Beckinsale in it, so I suppose we’ll see what happens.

Director Len Wisemen, who did the first two films, is hard at work writing this one. He’s also married to Beckinsale. Could it be, after all these years, he’s sick of people oogling at his hot half naked wife? Is he tired of thinking about the hundred of thousands of guys out there wishing for just 15 seconds with her in a Burger King bathroom? Well, I think he is, and he’s punishing us all for it- that’s my theory, anyhow.

To check out the entire interview with Beckinsale, head on over to MTV, and stick around as hear more about the ill-coming UNDERWORLD 3.
