NPH, Alec Baldwin & Jason Sudeikis join Alexander Payne's Downsizing

A couple of days ago we learned Reese Witherspoon will star alongside Matt Damon in Alexander Payne's DOWNSIZING, and now The Wrap is reporting Neil Patrick Harris, Alec Baldwin and Jason Sudeikis have also joined the dramedy. The site doesn't have any details on their roles, but we do know Damon is playing the lead, a down-on-his luck a man who realizes he would have a better life if he were to shrink himself.

Alexander Payne will direct DOWNSIZING from a script he co-wrote with Jim Taylor (ELECTION, SIDEWAYS), and Megan Ellison's Annapurna Pictures will finance and produce the planned film. Production on the movie will start early next year, and it will likely be released sometime in 2017.
