OUIJA 2 is currently underway with OCULUS helmer Mike Flanagan calling the shots and Annalise Basso starring in the lead role. You’re stoked, I’m stoked, we’re all stoked. And good luck trying to contain your excitement after I bring you the following news: TWILIGHT star Elizabeth Reaser has joined the cast.

Reaser played the character of Esme Cullen in the TWILIGHT series, which I don’t remember and I don’t expect you to either. She was recently in The Good Wife, True Detective and Mad Men.

The plot of OUIJA 2 is being kept under wraps, but I don’t think there’s any mystery waiting to be untangled here. Some kids play around with a ouija board and unleash malevolent ghosts. Jump scares will be deployed every five minutes or so. In fact, let us make it official:

Coming out October 21, 2016, OUIJA 2 is being produced by Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form for Platinum Dunes, Jason Blum for Blumhouse Productions and Brian Goldner and Stephen Davis from Hasbro.
