Where’s Sam and Ripley when you need them?

As we reported on previously, John Hurt and Elijah Wood are currently in the process of filming the English adaptation of Guillermo Martinez’s novel THE OXFORD MURDERS with Spanish director Álex de la Iglesia. Today, Dread Central snagged some production images for the film, and while they aren’t spectacular, it’s proof that no matter what, Wood still has a babyface no matter what film he’s in (okay, there’s SIN CITY, but effects done in post doesn’t count).

The story for the film centres on a renowned Oxford logician who receives an anonymous note bearing a circle and the words “the first of a series.” Soon after, murders begin to pile up and more symbols are revealed, leaving the logician and his student to decipher the pattern before the killer strikes again. Smack here for the pics.
