The boys over at Bloody-Disgusting today snagged some goodies from Paramount Pictures/DreamWorks and Pathe’s Tom Tykwer-directed flick PERFUME: THE STORY OF A MURDERER. The goodies come in the form of 3 clips for the film as well as a UK quad poster.
Other than seeing women running around in period dresses, and seeing an animatronic baby, the other clip (which we snagged here) has got to be the first time where plum cutting is both sexy and disturbing at the same time. As for the quad, it’s pretty ‘bleh’ when compared to the other ones we’ve seen for the film, but hey, you can’t win ’em all.
Starring Ben Whishaw, Alan Rickman, Rachel Hurd-Wood and Dustin Hoffman, PERFUME tells the tale of Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born with no smell, develops a superior olfactory (smelling) sense, which he uses to create the world’s finest perfumes. His work, however, takes a dark turn as he searches for the ultimate scent. Look for this puppy January 5th in North America, and December 26th in the UK.
