A few weeks ago we brought you the first intense trailer for the Dowdle’s thriller NO ESCAPE, which the Weinstein Company will be releasing in September. Today, we’ve got the official one-sheet to share, which you can see below.
This flick is sort of on the precipice of fitting into the AITH wheelhouse, but considering the heavy genre background of the filmmakers, and how cool the movie looks, we’re sticking with it!
Directed by John Erick Dowdle (DEVIL, QUARANTINE) and starring Owen Wilson, Lake Bell and Pierce Brosnan, NO ESCAPE centers on:
… an American businessman (Wilson) as he and his family settle into their new home in Southeast Asia. Suddenly finding themselves in the middle of a violent political uprising, they must frantically look for a safe escape as rebels mercilessly attack the city.
NO ESCAPE will hit theaters on September 2nd.
