Prank trailer & site!

It seems like the new horror anthology PRANK is moving ahead nicely. We covered the flick extensively this past April here, here, here, and here. Which means you probably already know that it consists of three interconnected stories each directed by a legendary scream queen: Danielle Harris, Ellie Cornell, and Heather Langenkamp. And now the flick’s website is up and running. Click here to check out all the fun. You’ll be able to catch teaser trailers for each scream queen’s story (“MADISON”, “CASSIDY”, and “JESSICA”—the last 2 aren’t up yet) as well as one for PRANK (which combines all three).

The anthology appears to be your standard horror fare with girls screaming and stalkers stalking. In other words, it’s right up our alley! And although I’ve only seen a little bit, everything looks quite competently put together. These scream queens definitely appear to know their shite. Here’s a quick synopsis of each lovely lady’s piece of PRANK:

Danielle Harris’s “MADISON”: While waiting for her boyfriend to come home, Madison begins to feel that she’s being watched.

Ellie Cornell’s “CASSIDY”: At her own “whodunit” mystery birthday party, Cassidy freaks out when her friends really start dropping dead.

Heather Langenkamp’s “JESSICA”: After playing a phone prank on some random guy, Jessica quickly learns that she messed with the wrong person.

PRANK is set to release on August 12, 2008. That’s not too far away! Nice!

J.C. Brandy plays a cop in “MADISON” and also was
the adult Jamie Lloyd in HALLOWEEN 6.
