Pre-Grudge Goodies

If you’ve been waiting for the onslaught of promotional material for next month’s THE GRUDGE 2, then wait no more, as Yahoo!Movies have scored 3 pre-story short films that lead up to what the sequel is all about- all presented by the man himself, Sam Raimi!

Similar to what went down when THE RING TWO was released (with the short RINGS being released with select DVD editions of THE RING), THE GRUDGE 2 has TALES OF THE GRUDGE to link the first and the second film together- or at least some filler to get you excited for the sequel. The shorts – entitled ‘Hotel’, ‘School’ and ‘House’ – are all about 3 minutes long, including the intro. by Raimi, and are full of enough creepiness to satisfy anyone’s taste for any and all things GRUDGE. I, for one, now know that waking up to a few strands of hair hanging out of my mouth would not be cool. Not that I really needed someone to tell me that, but yo- that shite was gross!

Also, there seems to be actual photos of Sarah Michelle Gellar in the photo gallery now- we now have confirmation that she’s actually in the movie (I was beginning to think it was just a big rumor)! Cool beans- there’s also a few more shots of the creepy-ass white-faced ghost, that if I ever saw in a reflection behind me, I’m pretty sure I’d have a heart attack. To see what I mean, click HERE and prepare for THE GRUDGE 2 in theaters Friday, October 13th.
