Predator REMAKE?!?

This just turns my stomach. According to MovieHole, which they read in Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE star John Crena, this chode here to the right, is in talks for the lead role in the remake of John McTiernan’s PREDATOR! Yeah. Ahhhhhhh!!!!!

This is it- the remake train has gone too far! Remaking a modern classic less than 20 years old is blasphemous! It’s ridiculous! It’s stupid!!!

What do they think they can improve on here? The effects were top notch then, and are stand alone today. Alan Silvestri’s score was impeckable- and what a cast! Two governors (Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jesse Ventura), one writer/director (Shane Black), and one black action star (Carl Weathers)! You can’t get a better cast! What are these movie execs trying to prove? Damn them! Damn them all to hell!

And who the hell does this Crena fellow think he is anyway? Does he really think he’ll be able to fill Dutch’s shoes? He might look the part, but nobody can beat Schwarzenegger in PREDATOR. Nobody I say!

Obviously I’m a little upset- as should anyone and everyone reading this, so I’m gonna take a breather and count to 10… To check out the full article go ahead and click HERE.

If you remake us, it will hurt!
