Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich to get a VHS release

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

If you've been following Full Moon's PUPPET MASTER franchise since its early days, that means you watched most of the movies in that series on VHS the first time you saw them. So it's fitting that Witter Entertainment and Broke Horror Fan are set to bring Fangoria's recent film PUPPET MASTER: THE LITTLEST REICH to VHS as well.

Directed by Sonny Laguna and Tommy Wiklund from a screenplay by BONE TOMAHAWK's S. Craig Zahler, THE LITTLE REICH stars Thomas Lennon as

a recently divorced young man who discovers a mint condition Blade doll in his deceased brother’s closet and plans to sell the toy at a convention in Oregon celebrating the 30th anniversary of the infamous Toulon Murders.  All hell breaks loose at the Postville Lodge during the auction when a strange force animates all of the various puppets throughout the convention as they go on a bloody killing spree.

Also in the cast are Udo Kier, Michael Paré, Barbara Crampton, Jenny Pellicer, Nelson Franklin, Alex Beh, Tina Parker, Skeeta Jenkins, and Charlyne Yi.

Officially licensed from RLJ Entertainment and in partnership with Fangoria, the VHS release of THE LITTLEST REICH will boast artwork by Vasilis Zikos and include some exclusive extras like cast introductions and a letter from the directors. The only problem here is that the VHS has a very limited run of just 100 copies, so if you want to be sure to secure one for yourself you should be on the Witter Entertainment website at noon EST on Friday, February 7th – that's when the VHS goes on sale.

Witter Entertainment has previously brought TERRIFIER, VICTOR CROWLEY, and YOGA HOSERS to VHS, among others. If you're not into collecting VHS, you can just get PUPPET MASTER: THE LITTLEST REICH on Blu-ray, DVD, or digital from Amazon.

THE LITTLEST REICH was the result of an agreement that allows Full Moon to continue the original PUPPET MASTER franchise while Fangoria builds their own PUPPET MASTER series on the side.
