Had not heard of THE HAPPY HOUSE before today, but as it is apparently coming out at the end of the week here in the U.S. (in limited release), it's worth shining a light on. The film, from director D.W. Young, looks to be a quirky horror-comedy replete with bizarre characters and mysteries.
With their relationship on the rocks, a young Brooklyn couple heads to a remote B&B to work things out. But from the moment they arrive at The Happy House it's one disaster after another, and they soon begin to suspect they've wandered into a real life horror movie.
