Thanks to AITH reader ‘Shava Undead‘ we
scored some great behind the scenes pics from the latest in the
RESIDENT EVIL series; RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION.
‘Shava Undead‘ was a zombie in the
upcoming flick, and these are pictures of him and other zombies during the
filming. (They were taken somewhere near Mexicali Mexico.) While they don’t
contain the gorgeous Milla Jovovich (seen right), they are sporting some mighty
gritty and dirty looking zombies.
RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION
finds Alice, now in hiding in the Nevada desert, once
again joins forces with Carlos Olivera and L.J. , along with new survivors
Claire, K-Mart and Nurse Betty to try to eliminate the deadly virus that
threatens to make every human being undead… and to seek justice. Since being
captured by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice has been subjected to biogenic
experimentation and becomes genetically altered, with super-human strengths,
senses and dexterity. These skills, and more, will be needed if anyone is to
remain alive.
While the last two films in the series left me
slightly unsatisfied, this latest addition is really showing promise; from the
cool posters to the surprisingly nifty looking trailer. Could this be the
video-game adaptation flick we’ve been waiting for? Who knows, but let’s forget
that for now and just enjoy these stills from our good buddy ‘Shava Undead‘.
