A gaggle of images (yes, a gaggle) from the upcoming Spanish horror flick [REC]2 surfaced online today, and if you’re not sold on this movie yet, I think a few of these new images might just sell you!
The images are dark, gritty, and full of terror. Plus, there’s just some weird shit going on here that I can’t wait to check out. Starring Manuela Velasco, Jonathan Mellor, and Ariel Casas, and directed by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza, [REC]2 starts off where [REC] left off, this time with a SWAT team armed with a video camera to record all the mayhem inside the doomed apartment building.
I’m not sure if I’m sold on the premise, but after checking out these new images, I’ll give it a try. [REC]2 hits theaters in Spain on October 9, 2009.
