Reitman’s Body

Sorry if the title mislead you, and you’re all now intensely disappointed to find that this article isn’t a forum for discussing and displaying Ivan Reitman’s awesome body. No, the Reitman in question is Ivan’s son, Jason, and it’s not his body I want to talk about, it’s Megan Fox’s, for it shall be possessed by an evil spirit in JENNIFER’S BODY, which Reitman just signed on to direct.

“Body” tells the story of a cheerleader who is possessed by a demon and starts feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town. Her “plain Jane” best friend must kill her, then escape from a correctional facility to go after the Satan-worshiping rock band responsible for the transformation.

Sounds like a motherf*ckin’ South Park episode if you ask me, but supposedly the tone will be in the HEATHERS vein, so it might be good fun. Plus, Reitman is quickly making a name for himself, having directed the well-received THANK YOU FOR SMOKING and the upcoming indie-darling JUNO, which incidentally was written by JENNIFER scribe, and ex-pole dancer, Diablo Cody.

And in case you forgot what Megan looked like, here’s a picture I feel like I’ve posted 139 times already. I’m pretty sure I added it to an article about Christopher Lee for some reason…
