Repo! abducts Sorvino?

According to Ryan Rotten at Shock Till You Drop, Paul Sorvino is set to strap on his tap shoes and belt out a few tunes for Darren Lynn Bousman’s REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA. Sorvino MIGHT be joining Tobin Bell, who COULD be in it, as well as Alexa Vega who APPARENTLY joined the flick in June… As far as I can tell, none of these people are 100% official. If they all end up in it however, it’s shaping up to be a wild group in what’s sure to be a very wild flick…

REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA is a musical featuring some 77 songs concerning a world where internal organs can be, well, taken away from you if you’re goddamn dumb enough to default on payments. Why people are buying and selling their livers and kidneys willy-nilly is anyone’s guess… Shooting begins in Canada this August.
