After Christina Ricci exposed her immaculate midriff in BLACK SNAKE MOAN, I stopped seeing her as Wednesday from The Adams Family, and started seeing her as a real life sex symbol. To further solidify my perception of Ricci as a fun toy, she’s set to star in BORN TO BE A STAR, a porn-centric comedy co-wrtitten by Adam Sandler and directed by Tom Brady (not the quarterback plugging Gisele).
The film revolves around a dweeb who happens upon a family secret: His quiet and conservative parents were famous porn stars in the 1970s. As a result, he leaves Northern Iowa for Hollywood, hoping to follow in their footsteps and fulfill his destiny as the biggest adult-film star in the world. Ricci plays the potential porn star’s girlfriend. For all I care, Ricci can play a blind nun with psoriasis; as long as I see that sexy stomach again I’m straight.
