One flick I just can’t seem to get excited for is Rupert Wyatt’s RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES. I’m not sure why either. Maybe it’s because I never really got into any of the other APES flicks? Either way it’s my sworn duty to bring you all the latest updates in all things involving our beloved genre so whether it strikes my fancy or not I’m here to bring you all the latest on RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES.
And today the latest involves a brand new one-sheet and a few new viral videos. Natch! The one-sheet is actually not all that new, seeing how it’s just a revised version of the quad poster we got a look at not too long ago. Either way I tossed that shite up above for your viewing pleasure.

RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES is set in present day San Francisco, the film is a reality-based cautionary tale, a science fiction/science fact blend, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy.
