It’s been almost a week and I still don’t have the sour taste from A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET out of my mouth. If you’re in the same boat I am, which there’s a good chance you are, I might have something today that’ll help you forget about that mess.

It seems THE Freddy Krueger has just signed on to star in a horror flick heading our way courtesy of Verdi Corrente Productions. That’s right folks! According to Variety none other than Robert Englund has just signed on to Glenn Ciano’s INKUBUS. So what is INKUBUS? From this article’s title you’re surely expecting some sort of movie about a demon right? Right. So here’s the skinny:

INKUBUS is the story of a skeleton crew working the final shift at a soon-to-be demolished police station. The night takes a gruesome turn when the demon Inkubus calmly walks into the station holding a severed head and begins to confess a litany of crimes, some dating back to the Middle Ages.

Well I’m completely sold. Imagine how that shite is going to unfold? These lazy third shift cops are getting ready to call it quits, possibly for good, when this demon strolls in and basically b*tchslaps the sh*t out of them! Nice! But get this, Englund (above) isn’t the only genre name attached to this shindig. Mr. William Forsythe is also on board along with Joey Fatone, Jonathan Silverman, Mike Cerrone and Michelle Ray Smith.

So what do you guys think? INKUBUS is definitely looking like something we might want to keep our eye on! This bad boy recently started lensing in Rhode Island so hopefully we hear more on INKUBUS soon! As always, as soon as we hear something new, you will too!
