Eli Roth has been a busy
Gremlin now of late. 2001 MANIACS a film he co-produced with his “Raw
Nerve” cohorts just sold all of its UK territories at the November AFM to
Momentum Pictures.
He’s also slated to direct a remake of the 1956 genre flick
“THE BAD SEED”. And now…this just in from Variety.com: A BAYWATCH
movie is underway and guess who’s part of the jiggle fest? And I quote:
“The deal calls for “Baywatch”
creators Michael Berk, Doug Schwartz and Greg Bonann to produce the pic, while
Michelle Berk will be exec producer and Eli Roth will co-produce.”
Well hopefully
Eli’s presence behind the production will mean lesbian scenes, the Olsen Twins
in the nude, a flesh eating virus running amuck and David Hasslehoff’s head on a
plate. We’ll see!
