If you recall, last week I let you guys in on a little slice of exploitation heaven affectionately known as RUN! BITCH RUN!. It certainly sounded like one no-holds-barred exercise in extreme 70’s grindhouse trash… and now I can happily confirm that it indeed is! How would I be able to predict such a thing? Well, if you head on over to BITCH’s official website, you’ll be able to check out its brand new “XXX” trailer and see for yourself! Just know that it is gloriously NSFW (you’ll understand why the instant the trailer starts!).
Obviously, I highly recommend you check it out (click here). If you have even the slightest affinity for grindhouse cinema, you shouldn’t be disappointed. I don’t want to reveal anything further that may ruin your enjoyment. But I will say pay close attention to the look on “Marla’s” face. Priceless.
The plot of RUN! BITCH RUN! goes like this: Catherine and Rebecca are two Catholic School girls going door-to-door selling Religious paraphernalia in order to pay for their books and education. Things go horribly wrong when they knock on the wrong door in the wrong neighborhood.
RUN! BITCH RUN! (I still can’t get enough of that title) was directed by Joseph Guzman who co-wrote the script with Robert James Hayes II. The cast includes Christina DeRosa, Cheryl Lyone (nurse, below), Peter Tahoe, Johnny Winscher, Ivet Corvea (below also), Mike Tursi, Chenoa Mason, and young Michael Myers himself, Daeg Faerch.
