It's been several months since we've had our last look at Finnish director Jalmari Helander's BIG GAME, so allow me to give you a bit of a refresher. The movie follows a young boy camping in the woods in his quest to become a man when he comes across the President of the United States (Samuel L. Jackson). Having been attacked while on Air Force One, the President finds himself being hunted by some bad guys with big guns. As you can imagine, the President and the boy must team up in order to survive, and now a Finnish trailer is here to show you the odds they're up against.

There's something about the visual aesthetic of this film that makes it look like a sort of comic book meets children's story, and I mean that in a good way. Despite the gravitas of the situation, the filmmakers look like they know they're making a fun, action-adventure picture. If our review from TIFF is any indication (check it out here), that's exactly what we're in for. Between this, THE KINGSMAN, AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON, and THE HATEFUL EIGHT, Sam Jackson is really delivering the entertainment goods this year!

BIG GAME will see a US release sometime in 2015.
