We’ve got ratings galore on this particular Wednesday evening! Enough of the chit-chatting. Let’s get right to it! What do you say we go in release order? Great:
First up is PARANORMAL ACTIVITY which opens on September 25th. The flick is rated R for language. That’s it? Well, the flick has been getting some pretty positive buzz, so perhaps it doesn’t need any gore or boobs to rock. We’ll see.
Next is a flick that I’m sure needs no introduction. That would be SAW VI. And, what a shock, the damn thing is actually rated R for sequences of grisly bloody violence and torture, and language. Holy shit! Grisly violence?! I guess they’re trying something a little different when this baby hits theaters on October 23rd.
Lastly, and most gloriously horror-iffic, is NIGHT OF THE DEMONS which just recently was pushed back to a release some time in February 2010. However, as luck would have it, we’ve saved the best “reasoning for its rating” for last. DEMONS is rated R for bloody horror violence/gore and language throughout, some sexuality, nudity and drug use. Dear Lord, I hope that the second-to-last reason involves at least some of the flick’s babelicious cast: Diora Baird (below), Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena, Bobbi Sue Luther, and Tiffany Shepis.
