Adorable cupcake Scout Taylor-Compton recently revealed on her MySpace blog that she has joined the cast of the currently filming THE RUNAWAYS, a biopic of the titular 1970s era band, playing guitarist Lita Ford. Check it:
hey guys! I have some pretty exciting news! I have recently been filming my ass off on my newest project “The Runaways”!! So far the process has been amazing, I am so lucky and honored to be able to portray the guitar icon Lita Ford! I will keep everyone up to date with news, etc.!
She joins Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie. In the meantime, we’ll be able to see Scout next as she continues being terrorized by sociopath Mike Myers in Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN 2 on August 28th.
