Scream queen Caroline Munro knows the danger of Crying Wolf

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

During her career, Caroline Munro has been a Hammer horror scream queen (DRACULA AD 1972, CAPTAIN KRONOS – VAMPIRE HUNTER), a Bond girl (THE SPY WHO LOVED ME), and gone up against slashers (MANIAC, SLAUGHTER HIGH), among other things. Not only has she been in some really cool movies, she is also one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Being a fan of her previous works and of her as a person, I'll watch anything that Munro is involved with, so I'm looking forward to the werewolf horror/comedy CRYING WOLF, which Uncork'd Entertainment will be releasing on VOD December 12th.

Directed by Tony Jopia, CRYING WOLF

tells the story of strange and weird goings on in a little English village called Deddington. The gruesome death of local girl Charlotte by a rabid monster causes alarm and revulsion – before desperate reporters, crazy detectives and revenge-seeking hunters descend on the scene!

Munro's co-stars in the film include Joe Egan and Kristopher Dayne. The "rabid monsters" they're dealing with are werewolves, which makes me all the more interested in the film. As awesome as werewolves are, there's a surprisingly small number of awesome werewolf movies, so I'm always hoping a new one will come along and join the ranks of the greats.

The film's trailer and promotional art are included below to help you decide if you want to spend a December evening with CRYING WOLF.
