Low budget films often compensate for their lack of coin via uber
creativity. Time will tell if that’s the case with John Johnson’s
SHADOWHUNTERS where it
hits the shelves, Straight – To- DVD on May 10th,
2005 via Brain Damage Films.
This little
trooper tells the tale of four badass trench coat clad demon hunters
fighting to save the world from a malevolent fallen angel in the midst of a
sorority prank gone awry. Basically my it’s last weekend re-visited! YEEHAW!
The film is said to be a mix of 80’s slasher, 70’s possession flicks
and 30’s monster smashing, pulp adventures. Sounds like a potent beverage to me!
Keep your eyes on the DVD shelves for John Johnson’s first commercially released
feature length film; it might just hit your spot!
