Considering Peter Morgan, who wrote the Michael Sheen starring drama THE QUEEN, was just hired to co-script the upcoming 23rd Daniel Craig era James Bond adventure, it’s pretty convenient that The Guardian is today reporting that Sheen may be up for the role of the villainous Blofeld in the film. Um, really, just days after Morgan’s involvement in the film is announced, a super secret inside source comes out to say Sheen may be playing a villain? And Blofeld, of all villains? That goofy guy who inspired the creation of Dr. Evil? Seriously? Anything’s possible in this day and age, of course, but this particular rumor, not so much. We can almost certainly chalk this up to another ridiculously early bullshit rumor. So why report on it, you may ask? Because we must. It is the internet way.
