You can NEVER have enough Tiffany Shepis, I says! Just yesterday, Eric posted some cool news about the sexy genre starlet. And today, I’d like to fill you in on another awesome horror project she’s just completed… the movie, BONNIE & CLYDE VS. DRACULA (sweet f*cking title)! During an interview with Esplatter, the lovely Ms. Shepis (above as Bonnie) shared her extreme enthusiasm toward the flick:
“I’m so excited about this movie. We shot it in Kansas City, Miss. I loved the title but I thought it was not going to work. But these kids got it set up, real model T-cars, ones we could shoot up. The craziest things. I just saw a rough cut of it and it’s awesome. It would be the perfect midnight movie on a Friday night. They’re just shopping it around.”
Works for me! Normally, anything starring Tiffany is bound to satisfy you in some way (be sure to check her out in Horrorfest’s NIGHTMARE MAN which just came out on DVD this week), but BONNIE & CLYDE VS. DRACULA sounds to me like a freakin’ homerun! For the full interview, click HERE. Take aim at the full synopsis:
Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula combines the rough and tumble world of 1930’s era gangster movies with the violent gothic atmosphere of a classic horror film. When a robbery goes bad and one of their companions is shot, Bonnie (Tiffany Shepis) and Clyde (Trent Haaga) are forced to seek help at a nearby mansion, home to the twisted Dr. Loveless (Allen Lowman) and his imprisoned sister, Annabel (Jennifer Friend). But Loveless has a secret. Deep in his cellar, the recently revived Dracula (Russell Friend) awaits…
Well spank my ass and call me a b*tch if that doesn’t read like bloody cinematic gold! I doubt BONNIE will face any obstacles as it is shopped around, so let’s hope for some release date news soon! And just in case you were wondering, Tiffany Shepis REALLY IS as cool as her movies and interviews make her out to be. That’s why she’s a horror fan (and AITH) favorite!
