With it getting dark so dang early these days, there’s nothing left to do but head on down to the local video store to catch some entertainment for the evening. Sure, you could go the traditional holiday route of something cherry and merry and bright. Or, you could pick up some ass-kickin’ horror! Like Lions Gate’s release of SERIAL SLAYER!

It goes like this:
A quiet neighborhood in Los Angeles is held hostage in terror when a serial killer armed with a crossbow begins to stalk and kill the residents from their rooftops. Hunted in their own homes, no one is safe. And as the body count begins to rise, the neighborhood begins to mirror a ghost town. The only safe retreat becomes a horrifying deathtrap for three women who believe they are alone until they hear the terrifying footsteps above!

Now that’s what I call a good time! Thirsty for more? Check out this CLIPdirector Mark Tapio Kines gave Lions Gate Horror. Sweet, eh? I’m always up for a good slasher… or a crappy one… either way, they’re always fun!

SERIAL SLAYER stars Melanie Lunskey (SHATTERED GLASS), Sheeri Rappaport (SEEING OTHER PEOPLE) and Mary Lynn Rajskub (PUNCH-DRUNK LOVE). And no, although it looks like it from the poster, the film does not star Vin Diesel.
