While other movies are sporting leaks like a tenement faucet (ahem, STAR TREK), security around SPEED RACER has been tighter than clam’s ass. Today we have our first glimpse of an actor in character from the set. It’s from a Hungarian blog where they’re highlighting one of the stuntmen from the film. The stuntman is posing with John Goodman in character as Pops, Speed Racer’s father. OK, so it’s not exactly Emile Hirsch as Speed or Matthew Fox as Racer X, but it gives you a decent idea where the Wachowskis are going with this one.
