Spend some time staring at Emma Stone in this featurette about The Amazing Spider-man’s Gwen Stacy

JoBloJoBlo

Emma Stone is hot and when she was originally cast in THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, everyone assumed it was as Mary Jane. But, when she went blonde to play Gwen Stacy, everyone had that cartoon question mark pop over their heads. Why would you take arguably the hottest ginger in Hollywood and make her go platinum? Because it works. And because Stone gets hotter as a blonde.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN opens in just a couple of weeks and here is a new featurette featuring Stone discussing her character and relationship with Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield).

With the revamped Spider-man origin in this film, it also seems that Gwen Stacy knows Peter is really the man behind the mask from the very beginning. Hopefully that is just the way they edited the trailers because the mystery is why superheroes have secret identities to begin with.

Emma Stone certainly has the chops to headline Hollywood movies and I personally think she is a better match to Spider-man than Kirsten Dunst was for the Raimi Trilogy. What do you think?

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN opens on July 3rd.
