Just last month, Jared P. told you guys that the funny-looking horror parody STAN HELSING had just been picked up by Anchor Bay. Today, I’m happy to report that we now have ourselves an official DVD release date: October 27th! That’s the same day that NIGHT OF THE CREEPS releases. Nice day!
The so-fun-it’s-a-crime plot goes a little something like this: The story will take place on Halloween night, when a videostore clerk, Stan Helsing, must reluctantly save a town from the six most-feared monsters in cinematic history.
Yeah, we’re talking Michael Myers, Jason, Freddy, Pinhead, Chucky, and Leatherface! Of course, they’re all highly lampooned versions of the classic baddies, but this is a friggin’ comedy. Seriously, you’ve gotta check out the trailer, which I’ve posted for you below. It looks like a riot! Plus, it stars so-super-hot-there-isn’t-a-proper-word-to-describe-her Diora Baird!
