Steam to Chaos Exper.

Do you guys remember a flick we’ve mentioned a little while ago called THE STEAM EXPERIMENT. Either way, it doesn’t really matter at this point because the title has now been changed to THE CHAOS EXPERIMENT. Not sure how cool I am with the removal of STEAM. From the looks of the brand new pics from the flick up top and below, I’d say that “steaminess” has a pretty big role.

And how about those brand spanking new pics?! Talk about a great concept. I mean, who wouldn’t be into watching a group of hot girls in bathing suits and towels grow increasingly moist while trapped inside a steam room? I believe that is the basic gist of the plot: A former university professor overheats his hostages to prove that humans will devolve into chaos under the pressures of global warming by 2012. He tells a detective that their location will be revealed if his hypothesis is printed as the local paper’s front-page headline. The six potential victims are a former pro football player, a former actress, a nurse, a waitress, a restaurateur, and a writer. As temperatures rise, the desperate detainees fight for survival.

That really does sound like an interesting premise. And the pics do seem to show that what happens inside the steam room does eventually turn to some form of chaos… and possibly disrobement? EXPERIMENT was directed by Philippe Martinez from a script by Robert Malkani. It stars Val Kilmer, Eve Mauro, Armand Assante, Eric Roberts, Megan Brown, Quinn Duffy, Cordelia Reynolds, and Patrick Muldoon. The flick will premiere in Grand Rapids, Michigan on May 5th and hit DVD later on in the summer.
