Stephen King’s IT rated R for violence/horror, bloody images, and language

We have been hearing news since the beginning of production that the new adaptation of STEPHEN KING’S IT was going to be shooting for an R-rating, but today we can officially confirm that, yes, IT will be rated R!

The MPAA has just slapped IT will an R-rating for “Violence/horror, bloody images, and for language.”
