Taissa Farmiga joins Ethan Hawke in Ti West’s In A Valley of Violence

THE SACRAMENT director Ti West is heading to the 1890’s with his revenge thriller IN A VALLEY OF VIOLENCE, which follows a drifter, Paul, with nothing to lose who seeks revenge on the thugs who killed his best friend. When we first caught wind of this one we learned that it would be led by Ethan Hawke and John Travolta, and now Deadline is reporting that joining them will be "American Horror Story" actress Taissa Farmiga. She will play a young woman who runs the town’s hotel with her older sister and helps Paul (Hawke) in his quest for vengeance.

A revenge western in the hands of a director like Ti West outta be a hell of a lot of fun, especially with a title like IN A VALLEY OF VIOLENCE, so you can definitely count me in for this one!

West wrote and will direct the film which is set to begin shooting late next month in New Mexico. Blumhouse’s Jason Blum is producing alongside West’s longtime producer Peter Phok and Sacrament producer Jacob Jaffke. Look for more on IN A VALLEY OF VIOLENCE soon!
