Just so you know, I giggled like a little girl when I wrote that.
What we have here is a brand new image from Tim Burton’s FRANKENEWENIE, and it looks just like you’d expect one of his stop-motion animated films to look like.
This is of course based on Burton’s short film of the same name. The original FRANKENWEENIE was shelved soon after creation by Disney for being too scary for kids. It wasn’t till Burton hit it big (years after being fired from Disney) that it got a home video release.

FRANKENWEENIE has been expanded to a feature film, perhaps quite needlessly. But the short film was great and there’s a lot of poential here, so let’s hope Burton doesn’t ruin it like everything else he’s touched in the last decade or so.
