Seems like just a week ago that we told you about the updated release change to the ugly-duckling-who’s-hot-and gets-her-revenge-teen-slasher-flick TAMARA, as it went from DVD to a theatrical release.

Today we’ve learned that instead of Friday, January 13th, TAMARA will hit theaters Friday, February 3rd. Just in time for Valentines Day kiddies!

Not only that, but Yahoo!Movies is now featuring the flick’s TRAILER, which kicks ass in every way possible. It might not seem like much, but a genre pic of this nature getting this kind of treatment means something. I smell a hit coming on. I smell a good time all around. I smell the baking flesh of an awesome revenge/skin flick! Oh yes, February is going to rock!

So the official synopsis?

After a teenage prank on the unpopular girl in school, Tamara, goes horribly wrong, the pranksters decide to cover their tracks and bury the body. However, death won’t keep Tamara down. With a new, seductive look and a motive for a revenge to match, Tamara hunts down and kills all those involved in her death.

I can’t express enough how frickin’ excited I am about this movie! Good thing February is only just over a month away… Can we say sssssssssmokin’!!!
