We're nearly 2 weeks away from the first TERMINATOR film to hit screens since 2009, and while series creator James Cameron had some nice (but spoilery) things to say about this PG-13 affair, very few seem to be sold on TERMINATOR: GENISYS. Today we have a clip from one of the many action set-pieces, showing us just how powerful a terminator can be. It's worth noting that if you're one of the unlikely few who have managed to avoid SPOILERS, you'll want to avoid this clip as well!

Like the majority of TERMINATOR fans, my expectations for this film are pretty low. It may surprise you to know I'm still going to see this in theaters, so in that regard, I hope I'm pleasantly surprised. It may be hard to detach myself from the films I grew up with in order to swallow GENISYS (so to speak), but Alan Taylor is a competent action director. Maybe a few of us will be proven wrong.

TERMINATOR: GENISYS opens on July 1, 2015.
