Social media star Kian Lawley is making his feature acting debut in the supernatural thriller THE CHOSEN, directed by Ben Johoshua and co-starring Mykayla Sohn, Elizabeth Keener, Melissa Navia, and Angelica Chitwood.
Written by Johoshua, Barry Jay, and Andrew J. Scheppman, THE CHOSEN tells the following story:
When a child-stealing demon attaches itself to a little girl, her family is thrust into a battle against time in order to save the girl and send the demon back to hell.
The film is set for a theatrical premiere during VidCon on July 24th, and that same day will also be hitting Vimeo On Demand, the first release in a four picture deal distributor Supergravity Pictures has made with Vimeo.
The movie's trailer can be seen below, and even if the first half of it doesn't appeal to you, I would advise you to stick with it. Things get kind of crazy. That second half makes it look like this might be one I need to watch.
