In 1996, Columbia Pictures released a witchcraft horror movie called The Craft (watch it HERE), which did solid business at the box office… but the greatest success is the fact that it’s still considered an enduring cult classic to this day, more than twenty-five years later. So we thought The Craft would be a good movie to look back on with a new episode of our Revisited video series. Check it out in the embed above!

Directed by Andrew Fleming from a script he wrote with Peter Filardi, The Craft has the following synopsis:

After transferring to a Los Angeles high school, Sarah finds that her telekinetic gift appeals to a group of three wannabe witches, who happen to be seeking a fourth member for their rituals. Bonnie, Rochelle, and Nancy, like Sarah herself, all have troubled backgrounds, which combined with their nascent powers lead to dangerous consequences. When a minor spell causes a fellow student to lose her hair, the girls grow power-mad.

The film stars Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, Rachel True, Skeet Ulrich, Cliff DeYoung, Christine Taylor, Breckin Meyer, Nathaniel Marston, and Helen Shaver.

The The Craft episode of Revisited was Written by Emilie Black, Narrated by Niki Minter, Edited by Lance Vlcek, Produced by Tyler Nichols and John Fallon, and Executive Produced by Berge Garabedian.
