For those of you who are Batman connoisseurs, the movie up on that marquee is a dead giveaway that Zack Snyder intends to shoot the infamous scene where Bruce Wayne's parents are murdered right before his very eyes. Everyone and their mother knows how Bruce came to be Batman, although it looks like we'll see a variation of that one more time for BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE. Instagram user Dan Marcus has been taking pictures left and right of the film shoot, and he was also nice enough to include a video of the incident in progress.

There has yet be a version of this scene filmed that really did anything for me, so I'm curious to see how Snyder's iteration will play out in the grand scheme of BATMAN V SUPERMAN. It's safe to say that this film has a lot of ground to cover and is easily the most ambitions comic book film since Joss Whedon's AVENGERS. We'll have to wait a year and a half before we can see if Snyder and Co. can pull it off, though.

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE hits theaters March 25, 2016.
