LIFE follows six astronauts aboard the space station study a sample collected from Mars that could provide evidence for extraterrestrial life. As it happens, it does! Then the creature seems to grow exponentially and go on a murderous rampage. Bogus! This red-band trailer provides a few cringe-worthy moments in terms of scares, but also gives you a pretty good idea of how's going to bite the bullet, so watch at your own risk!
If we're to take anything from this trailer, it's that Sony used some B-roll footage from SPIDER-MAN 3 for one of the crowd shots (keep an eye out for the guy with the flip phone). Seriously, I don't know how "the internet" catches on to these things so fast, but I love that they do! With that said, I don't think one stolen shot is going to make or break what looks to be a generic B-movie thriller.
LIFE opens in theaters on March 24, 2017.
