You guys remember that horror flick we’ve been telling you about starring Tara Reid and Cloris Leachman? The flick is called THE FIELDS and the last update we got came back in April. Well it’s been a few months but it seems there’s finally something happening with the project.
If you head over to the flick’s Facebook page you’ll find a new promotion they’ve got going on. What’s the promotion you might ask? Well let me tell you! You see they want YOU to become a member of THE FIELDS ‘Street Team.’ What does this mean? Once you join the ‘Street Team’ you’ll assist THE FIELDS in reaching 100,000 fans to ‘Like’ the film. A psychological thriller based on actual events that took place in a small Pennsylvania town in 1973. The film, written by Harrison Smith, tells the story of a young boy and his family who are terrorized by a menacing presence lurking in the cornfields surrounding their farmhouse.
THE FIELDS is coming at us from the directing duo of Tom Mattera and Dave Mazzoni. Along with Reid and Leachman the film also stars Faust Checho, Joshua Ormond, Bev Appleton, Louis Morabito, Karen Ludwig, Renee McCartney, Brian Anthony Wilson, Karen Peakes, Ross Beshear, Mark Cajigao, Jane Tarica, Adriana Munera. This one is due for a release sometime next year though no specific date has been set yet. Thanks to Joey for the heads up!
